Before Josh left for Coloradi, he discarded all of the old tree house lumber. We recycled the lumber and used it for a Sweat Lodge Fire! Sweet.....

Job well done

This is the first coat of paint for the deck. It is so sweet up there. I am now entertaining the thought of colorful paint for inside the treehouse. What do you think?

Truly Magical

Every once in awhile I realize how lucky I am to be here. This is one of those moments. The deck of the Tree House is finished, my friend in the hospital is safe, my boys are happy.................all is well in the McIntyre Nut House.

Dedication and Green Paint

It has taken me close to 1 month to paint our Tree House Deck. At first, when Josh was here, I was going to tackle the project right away. Josh left, he got this super job in Coloradi, I got depressed........youngest son leaves the nest syndrome....... oh yeh..........and oldest son is in Australia. Then my best friend had a stroke...........Charshe gets even more depressed. Now..after all the changes and the moods, I tackle the project and feel good again. I love the legacy of this tree house.
